Statement Regarding Data Processing For Marketing Purposes (hereinafter "Statement") relates to SubsCrab (hereinafter "Software").

All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the paragraph "Definitions".

Please carefully read the terms of this Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of this Statement before data processing begins.


Data Protection and Processing
The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Statement in accordance with the Rightholder's Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/Products-and-Services-Privacy-Policy.


Purposes of Data Processing
The Rightholder processes data for marketing purposes in accordance with this Statement in order:

  • To improve the quality, appearance, and performance of the Rightholder's Software, products, services, and infrastructure by analyzing users' experience, interactions, and level of satisfaction with the Software.
  • To offer You subscription management solutions that best match Your needs.
  • To provide You with the relevant content and advertisement.
  • To create categories of groups of users based on certain parameters in order to provide relevant information, marketing offers, and promotional materials.

Processed Data
Certain data which is processed under this Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Statement:

  • User's email address
  • User password
  • Operating system country
  • Device authentication token
  • Device PUSH notification token
  • User authentication provider
  • Social network UID
  • List of user services used
  • Tariff plan and cost of service subscriptions
  • Payment date, and currency of the tariff plan
  • The number of likes to informational blog posts
  • Push notifications setting for the user
  • Information about payment for the premium version of the product

During use of the Software, the following data will be sent to AppsFlyer automatically and on a regular basis in order to achieve the declared purpose:

  • Flag indicating whether the Advertising ID is enabled
  • Flag indicating the way the Advertising ID is acquired

  • Unique AppsFlyer installation ID

  • Flag indicating whether AppsFlyer was pre-installed on the device

During use of the Software, the following data will be sent to Firebase automatically and on a regular basis in order to achieve the declared purpose:

  • The user's age category
  • Name of the store where the Software was obtained
  • Version of the installed software
  • Country of residence
  • Device brand
  • Computer category
  • Device model
  • Time of the first launch of the Software
  • The user's gender
  • The user's list of interests
  • Device language code
  • Flag indicating whether this is the first launch of the Software
  • Version of the operating system
  • Unique installation ID
  • Instance ID
  • Android ID
  • Advertising ID
  • Event type and value
  • Application package name
  • Battery level and battery-charging state
  • Carrier
  • App foreground or background state
  • Geography
  • IP address
  • Information about the radio/network connection

  • Number of checked files
  • Number of detected threats

Your Choice to Participate
It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data to the Rightholder on a regular basis under this Statement. You can withdraw Your consent at any time in the settings of the Software as described in the User Manual.
